راک استار گیمز کمپانی بازی سازی نیویورکی با انتشار بازی Gta V در سال 2013 قدرت و توانایی خود در ساخت بازی های جهان باز را به رخ همگان کشید و در روز عرضه بازی بیش از 800 میلیون دلار از این بازی را به فروش رساند و حتی سال ها بعد با وجود منتشر شدن بازی های جهان باز یا همان Open World همچون Just Cause 3 ، MadMax و Whats Dogs 2 که هر سه رقبای سر سخت Gta V بودند، باز هم از محبوبیت و طرفداران Gta V کاسته نشد و همه ما شاهد غوغا و سروصدای زیاد این بازی قبل و مخصوصا بعد از انتشار آن بودیم. بازی ps4 Gta V ابتدا در سال 2013 و در سال 2015 برای PC معرفی شده است جالب است بدانید که این بازی به عنوان سودآور ترین سرگرمی در طول تاریخ ، رکورد دار گینس است.
