خلاصه بازی

هشت سال از روزی که عنکبوت رادیواکتیو، پیتر پارکر را گزید می‌گذرد؛ در ابتدای داستان کامل سری بازی اسپایدرمن، او ۲۳ ساله و فارغ‌التحصیل دانشگاه است و همچنان با هویت مخفی خود به عنوان اسپایدرمن و محافظ شهر جنایت‌خیز نیویورک فعالیت می‌کند. او روزی یک تماس از دوستش یعنی یوری واتانابه(Yuri Watanabe)، یکی از سران پلیس نیویورک دریافت می‌کند. یوری از او می‌خواهد تا در روند دستگیری ویلسون فیسک ملقب به کینگ‌پین که به عنوان ارباب جرم و جنایت نیویورک شناخته می‌شود به او و نیروهایش کمک کند و پیش از سر رسیدن آن‌ها به برج فیسک، او وارد عمل شود. پارکر در اولین ماموریتش، به سمت برج فیسک تاب می‌خورد و به آن می‌رسد.
